    My experience at Volkswagen of Fallston was truly exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure that the car-buying process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Joe Porter, my salesperson, was outstanding from start to finish. He was always readily available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. What really stood out was his dedication—Joe even came in on his day off to personally assist us, which spoke volumes about his commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Matt from the finance department was equally impressive. Not only was he professional and courteous throughout the process, but he also took the time to explore different financing options. His efforts resulted in securing a significantly lower interest rate than what my own bank had offered, which made a big difference in my overall deal. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel confident and well taken care of. Overall, the level of care, expertise, and personal attention I received at Volkswagen of Fallston exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

    i'm not 100% the issue is fixed. the service guys are always kind and courteous. however in 3services i have yet to ever get my car washed ( even when i asked this last time..) and after 3.5 hours of being there is wasn't worth an argument. the service waiting area could also use a few more tables for people who have to work while waiting.
