5 - The service staff was very professional. The problem I had with the air conditioner in my 2019 VW Alltrack was corrected.

Service was fine. They did good work in a timely manner. Only problem I had is in the service they noticed we needed front brakes, possibly rear brakes. They texted me and emailed me. My wife was actually at the service center waiting for the car for an oil change. No one ever told her when she picked up the car about the brakes, nothing was said

Everyone in the service department are just spot on. Very nice and they make you feel good 👍 as for my service they took care of the problem in less time than they said it would be. It’s a win win situation.
