Everyone is service is very helpful and professional. I needed to get a flat tire replaced and Mike, Nye, and Liam helped me find the right tire and took care of the warranty policy paperwork. When I returned, I hadn't even walked in, and Liam was calling back to the service bay to bring my tire around. The service tech (sorry didn't catch his name) was friendly and put the tire in my trunk and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I love Fallston VW! I have to pass another VW dealer to get there, but it is worth it.
