The staff are friendly and helpful. They have addressed and fixed the problems on my new car. My main issue is that on two separate occasions my brand new car was in the shop, I waited hours longer because the technicians were on lunch. I On my recent visit, I specifically indicated I needed to be finished by a certain time, which was at least three hours more than they needed to Fix the car. They happily gave me a ride to work and picked me up. However, I had to text them to check in on the car about four hours into them having the car which should’ve been done in 2 1/2 hours. I reminded them again that I needed to Have the car back by a certain time I still have not heard from them about an hour before I needed the car. I texted them again and let them know that I really needed to get picked up from my house so I could get my car. By the time I Return to the shop, it was 15 minutes after the time I needed to have the car by. I know that doesn’t seem like a lot, but I was very clear in the need to have my car completed so I could get my children from school.
