My experience was great, Liam helped me navigate working with a warranty and the text messages I received kept me up to date throughout the whole process, my car went in Tuesday night via tow truck I had it back Friday evening. By far one of my favorite experiences with a Volkswagen dealer. I’ll definitely be back for regular scheduled maintenance. Oh and Ms Cynthia’s customer service on the phone and in person was amazing! She could tell I was having a rough day regarding my car and she made this process exceptional!
