I always come to Volkswagen of fallston to get my car worked on. The only issue this time was I got brand new tires and I wish it would have been driven around long enough to realize that my one tire was leaking air. The light came on immediately after I left the dealership.

It took almost 3 hours for an oil change and a couple different filters needing replaced. We asked for new wiper blades and they didn't have them in stock. We paid almost $1,000 for this work to be done and when we checked out the Admin behind the counter said, "wow, you are my winners for today!" As to further rub in the fact we just paid close to $1,000. The shop manager was great and I know he was extremely busy, but it was a little frustrating waiting so long and then the comments of the Admin on the way out just made it that much more terrible.
