Lee Williams provided outstanding customer service. He had my car ready to test drive with a full tank of glass and had it detailed before I left the dealership. He also delivered my old car back to the Parkville dealership for me. When I returned my other key, he gave me a great overview of all the car’s features. Tom Walsh gave me a great deal on the car and was efficient at closing the deal. It was a painless and quick transaction and I’m happy to have bought from the Fallston VW dealer.
