My experience with Fallston Volkswagen service center was phenomenal! I worked directly with Liam and my ID.4 had many recalls that he was able to take care of them all. He’s a great communicator and when above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of while my car was in for service. He was also able to locate a loaner for me even though another local Volkswagen dealership could not find me a loaner. I would highly recommend them!
