I know it's always preferred - not to mention courteous - to always make an appointment for service, than just bobbing on in, as I did the other day. I simply couldn't figure out how to switch the time off daylight savings (duh!). Well, not only did they somehow fit me in, but they also went ahead and completed my 10K mile service, along with two recall items that I had been notified about. Now mind you, all I expected was to have the right time on my dash and had planned to schedule the rest with them to do the rest. Well, they just went ahead and did it - and for that, I'm most grateful.

This was my first time using your service center. Overall it was great. I would recommend (in my opinion and I consider myself pretty computer savvy) an easier scheduling online platform. The 'AI helper/chat' wouldn't stop popping up and I didn't need help. When arriving it was easy to check in, my appointment was listed and Liam was very welcoming. He reviewed all of my options with me regarding maintenance and went over the recall I brought it in for. I got a call a few hours later regarding additional things they wanted to do. He assisted in navigating my warranty for me and was able to cover a leak that my warranty included. When I arrived, it was an easy checkout process and my car was heated up and ready to go. SInce I got several service items done, I would have liked (perhaps) a little break on the overall labor charge since it was higher than other places I have (and my husband has) used in the past. This would be the one thing to deter me form coming in the future. Perhaps a discount when several things are being serviced and not more labor charges when the car is already apart.

I really like how kind everyone is and how they bring the car around as you leave now, that is a great personal touch.

The service tech did not properly connect (or did not connect) one of the emission lines on replacing the line. On the ride home the CEL lights came on and the car went into limp mode.

Our service advisor, Gerardo was thoughtful in what we needed addressed during our service appointment. He set our expectations for time and offered a thorough understanding of what other future appointments we may need over the next 12 months.
