I made an appointment and when I got to the dealer, Liam, wrote the service ticket and gave me a time the work would be done. Everything ran very smoothly, and the car was ready when expected. The dealership is clean and has a nice place to wait. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Over the past couple of appointments, the service technicians have been MUCH more communicative, which I've greatly appreciated. Additionally, when having to understand what services are being recommended or explained, they've also walked me out to the car so I could speak and ask questions of the mechanics themselves. This has been especially helpful for not feeling like I'm being upsold or left in the dark about the details of the work.
