Took my car for a safety recall appointment which was supposed to be approximately 3 hours and my car was dropped off the night before for a 7:30!am appointment the following day. My car was there all day only to be told at 3 pm the following day that they did not have the part to perform the recall. I bought my car from Volkswagen in Fallston and expected to be treated fairly. This was terrible customer service and totally unacceptable! Did I mention that I live 2 hours away!
