I went to Volkswagen of Fallston for a simple oil change and left with a new car that I love! This would not be possible had it not been for the amazing customer service I received from everyone there! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and had a genuine passion for cars. Gerardo in service and Joe and Brandon in sales were amazing and went above and beyond. Geraldo took the time to look up my warranty information and went over everything with me so I knew what was included, what to expect, and so on. While they were servicing the car, I received a text asking if I’d like to get my car appraised; on a whim I said yes and I’m so glad I did! I had no intentions of selling my car but because of Joe's hard work, dedication and patience he was able to get me an awesome deal that I couldn’t say no to! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He was up front and honest with me and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured throughout the whole process. I’d also like to give praise and thanks to Brandon in sales for assisting in the process as well as Matt in management who made the paperwork part quick and easy! I can honestly say it was a smooth and easy process from beginning to end and I couldn’t be happier with the end results!
