    I’m really disappointed in the after purchase treatment I’ve been given. I was told “how easy” it would be to get the VW app set up. It wasn’t. When the sales rep tried to help me the app connector just spun for 20 minutes. I returned to the dealer twice in person. While a sales rep finally helped me get my CarPlay up and running, my Remote access never worked. I called the online service number from my car and they told me “Car is offline. Go to dealer and have them reconnect the overhead connection module.” I’ve tried to call the service dept with no answer. I left a message and no return call. I text messaged the dealership TWICE for help with setting up a service appt and no one has called me. I teach, so I cannot call during the day conveniently. I don’t even have 200 miles on my car yet and I honestly wish I could give it back. I don’t understand why I have been ignored.

    Jonathan's help was outstanding in every respect. As everything was agreed to in advance, it's still a mystery to me why preparing the paperwork takes so long. Signing the paperwork went quickly.
