I scheduled my appointment in advance to specifically get a recall done. The day of my appointment, I was told that the part may not be available. When I arrived, I was informed that the part was available. I was contacted after my other service was completed to be informed that the recall was not completed because all of the parts needed were not available. Get it together Volkswagen
