    Vehicle is scheduled to undergo a warranty-covered repair. The diagnose and communication of the problem proved to be quite a challenge; however, through the committed efforts of the service consultant as well as the technician, the situation was ultimately documented and received approval for repair. I'm very grateful to the entire service dept. @ VW of Fallston.

    I brought my car in for an issue (headgasket) that has been ongoing since February 2024. It was fixed and when the repair was made, the service department failed to put a motor mount back in and my engine actually tilted to one side while I was driving. That was fixed and I never made a big deal about that. Now the same issue from 2024 is happening again. When I just brought it in, the service manager said that it was smoking when it started but "not enough to be concerned". He said they would have to take it apart to diagnose the problem, but he would have to work up a price. I was not going to pay for that because this is an ongoing issue and clearly the service department was negligent when they did not put the motor mount back in! I am very frustrated and still driving a car that has an issue with the head gasket that is now out of warranty and I am told I will have to pay for that now!

    Cindy was great at fixing our tag issue and finding the recall and fixing it.

    When I arrived for the 40,000 mile service I was told there was a recall to complete too. I asked how long it would take and was told 2-3 h. After three hours I asked again and was told it was almost done. I finally got my car at 4 h 55 min. Had I known it could take that long I would not have sat and waited.
